Returns & Refunds

  • Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
    • In their original condition with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories, jewelry, or intimates (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to make it right.
